Account Manager

Overview

Fountain Digital, a rapidly expanding digital marketing and analytics agency, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join our Client Service team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts across a variety of digital marketing focus areas. This role calls for a highly organized, solutions-focused individual who can build client relationships while keeping the details of projects organized – without missing a beat. An understanding of digital marketing strategies is critical for success in this role.

Fountain Digital is based in Beachwood, Ohio, with opportunities for hybrid and remote work.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. They will be responsible for understanding client needs, communicating with client contacts and the Fountain team, collaborating on strategies and ensuring client satisfaction.

Account Oversight & Project Management: This role involves overseeing the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring that they align with client objectives and deliver measurable results. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Digital Marketing Expertise: The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of digital marketing practices, including SEO, paid media, social media marketing, email marketing, website development and analytics. They will utilize this knowledge to work with digital strategists to frame up client plans and distill those plans on client reporting calls. 

Team Collaboration: The Account Manager will work closely with internal teams, including strategists, analytics and development and content team members, to ensure that client needs are met and that campaigns are executed effectively.

Reporting and Analysis: The role involves monitoring campaign performance, and providing clients with regular performance reports and walking clients through account activity roadmaps. The Account Manager will leverage data and analytics to make strategic recommendations for campaign optimization.

Business Development: The Account Manager will identify opportunities for account growth and work to expand existing client relationships. This involves understanding client goals and proposing additional services where relevant.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in an account management role within a marketing or digital marketing agency
  • Senior living experience preferred 
  • Highly organized with incredible attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Rudimentary understanding of Google Analytics 4 or other analytics platforms is a plus
