Team Member Spotlight: Michael McCulloch

Meet Michael, Paid Media Manager!

I started working on the paid media team at Fountain Digital in September of 2024. My professional background is in paid media and senior living. My wife and I have been married for 7 years and have two kids, Ambie (5) and Heidi (3). We live in Columbia, Missouri, and spend most of our time at the park, library, or in our backyard letting the kids run wild.

1. Q: Can you share a bit about your background and how it led you to where you are today?
   I stumbled into a paid media career out of sheer necessity for a job in 2019. The digital side of paid media struck my interest, and I’ve been focusing on paid search, paid social, and programmatic advertising ever since.
   
2. Q: What do you enjoy most about being a part of the Fountain Digital team?
   Fountain has a very strong team of digital media experts. The paid media team here is by far the strongest team I’ve been a part of professionally, and we consistently put out solid work for our growing list of clients.
   
3. Q: What is your favorite part of digital marketing?
   The best part of my job is successfully finding new ways to approach paid media to help senior living communities not only drive more inquiries but also get the desirable results they actually care about – tours, deposits, & move-ins.
   
4. Q: If you could swap lives with a celebrity for a day, who would it be?
   Grant Fisher. He is a top American distance runner and American record holder at 5k and 10k. I would love to experience running a 5k in under 13 minutes.
   
5. Q: Do you prefer the beach, mountains, or city for a vacation? And where would your next dream vacation be?
   Beach. I want to take the family to a nice warm beach and spend a week doing nothing but swimming and playing in the sand.
