Meet Stephanie, Sr. Director of Client Services!

I’m a Sr. Director of Client Services here at Fountain, and honestly, it’s a role that I absolutely love. I get the best of both worlds—working hand-in-hand with our talented internal team while building strong relationships with our amazing clients. It’s a dynamic that keeps me on my toes and inspired every day.

I always say that I’m the subject matter expert of my client’s business. I take pride in understanding the unique needs and challenges of my clients, crafting strategies that not only help them reach their marketing goals but also support the achievement of their broader business objectives. Whether it’s brainstorming creative ideas, optimizing campaigns, or navigating the ever-evolving landscape of digital marketing, I’m focused on finding the perfect solution. It is all about partnership, problem-solving, and helping our clients shine. It’s a fun, challenging, and incredibly rewarding role, and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

  1. Q: Can you share a bit about your background and how it led you to where you are today?
My journey to the digital marketing world has been anything but conventional. I started out with a BA in Psychology and found myself in sales, spending nearly a decade in the building products industry selling pressure-treated lumber. It was definitely a unique experience—I learned a lot, but after a while, I was ready for a change. So, I decided to pursue a Master’s degree in Public Health, which opened up opportunities to work in injury prevention, specifically with children. I absolutely loved the work, but working in that space while raising a little one proved challenging.

When the opportunity presented itself to transition into digital marketing, focusing on B2B marketing in the building products space, I jumped at the opportunity. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients—from Fortune 500 companies and non-profits to high-end fashion brands and everything in between. It’s been an exciting and rewarding journey, and I’m thrilled with where it has brought me!
  2. Q: What do you enjoy most about being a part of the Fountain Digital team?
The collaboration here is unmatched. As a highly collaborative agency, we’re able to elevate the work we do for our clients in ways that wouldn’t be possible otherwise. With no egos involved, everyone feels encouraged and supported in sharing their ideas. It truly creates a unique and dynamic environment.
  3. Q: What is your favorite part of digital marketing?
What I love most is the strategy behind it all. Using data-driven insights to tackle complex marketing challenges is incredibly rewarding. Digital marketing is constantly evolving—what worked yesterday might not work today—which keeps things exciting. Staying on top of the latest trends and shifts in the digital landscape, and using that knowledge to craft effective solutions for clients, is both energizing and fulfilling.
  4. Q: What’s the most memorable trip or adventure you’ve ever taken?
Oh this is a tough one. I have to cheat and share two.

First would be a trip we took to Iceland a few years ago. It was such a magical place. From snorkeling between the North American and Eurasian continental plates to kayaking in a glacial lagoon, it was truly unlike anything I have ever experienced. Our trip was in June which is the time of the Midnight Sun in Iceland so it never truly got dark which was an extremely unique experience. 24 hours of daylight, some dimmer than others, really throws your circadian rhythm for a loop. It was an unforgettable adventure that I will never forget.

Second would be our trip this summer to Glacier National Park in Montana. The park’s immense size, boundless landscapes, and pristine beauty were absolutely awe-inspiring. We experienced everything from building a snowman at Logan’s Pass on the Continental Divide—bundled up in full winter gear—to jumping into a lake in shorts and a tank top, all in the same day! We hiked, boated, and explored the park, spotting bears, moose, and deer along the way. It was a trip filled with unforgettable moments and memories we’ll cherish forever.
  5. Q: If you could time-travel to any event in history, where would you go?
Oh wow, that’s a tough one! If I had to pick any event to experience, I’d say Woodstock. I’ve always had a bit of a hippie spirit, so the idea of being part of that iconic moment in history is something I find really intriguing. The music, the vibe, the sense of community—it must have been an incredible experience. I can only imagine the energy and the freedom people felt during those few days. It wasn’t just a music festival; it was a cultural revolution. Definitely, a once-in-a-lifetime experience I would have loved to witness firsthand!
