Meet Lilly, Director of Sales Enablement!

Hi, I’m Lilly! As the Director of Sales Enablement here at Fountain, my role is to support the sales team. I work on streamlining processes, creating sales materials, and coordinating trade shows and events. In addition to that, I work closely with marketing to create sales collateral, organize and prepare for trade shows and events, and continuously assess the effectiveness of our sales strategies. My goal is to ensure the team has what they need to succeed and help drive growth for the business!

  1. Q: Can you share a bit about your background and how it led you to where you are today?
I never thought I’d end up in sales and marketing, but my college internship at a sales consulting firm completely changed my perspective. I loved everything about it, from learning the ins and outs of sales to understanding how different teams work together to drive growth. After that, I became the founding business development representative for a healthcare tech company, which gave me hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the sales process.

Over time, I realized that I was especially drawn to the marketing side of sales. Specifically, the strategies, content, and tools that help the sales teams succeed. When the opportunity to join Fountain came up, I knew it was the perfect fit. I’m really glad I made the jump; it’s been a great experience, and I’m excited to keep growing in this role.
  2. Q: What do you enjoy most about being a part of the Fountain Digital team?
What I enjoy most about being part of the Fountain Digital team is definitely the people and the culture. Everyone works so well together, and there’s a genuine sense of support across the board. Whether it’s collaborating with other teams or helping each other out during busy times, it’s clear that everyone is committed to the company’s success and to each other’s growth.
  1. Q: What is your favorite part of digital marketing?
My favorite part of digital marketing is the ability to measure and optimize in real time. It’s exciting to see how data can drive decisions and improve strategies. Whether it’s analyzing campaign performance or testing different approaches, there’s always room for learning. Plus, the constant innovation in tools and techniques keeps things fresh and engaging!
  1. Q: If you could have dinner with three celebrities (living or dead), who would you invite? If I could have dinner with three celebrities, I’d invite Steve Irwin (because I’m a huge animal person), Jeremy Swagman (Go Bruins!), and Colter Wall (he’s my favorite artist).
  1. Q: What’s a TV show, movie, or podcast you’ve binged recently and loved?
I recently binged Peaky Blinders for the second time, and I absolutely love it! The iconic soundtrack makes it a must-watch. Killian Murphy is one of my favorite actors, and he absolutely nails the role of Thomas Shelby. I couldn’t stop until I finished the whole series!
